REVIEW: The Alpha’s Temptation is the love story of Jackson and Kylie. The story unravels easily and without unnecessary drama. The story follows Jackson, a lonewolf who has was banished from his pack long ago, and who has dedicated himself to make it to the top and whose money and intelligence has gotten the respect of those around him. Kylie is a hacker by profession, and one with a lot of baggage. As Kylie’s dream job comes to fruition, she struggles to hide her true identity from Jackson, since they have already crossed path once before but Jackson doesn’t know that.
When these two characters meet for the first time, Kylie can’t deny her attraction for Jackson goes beyond her nerdy admiration, her body responds to Jackson like she has never experienced before. After an embarrassing elevator encounter, Jackson can’t help but wonder what Kylie is about, he feels compelled to getting to know her without realizing that Kylie can be the very thing that bring him to his knees with devastating consequences.
This love story doesn’t have a complicated plot, nor it vacillates on giving readers what they want. The author does a good job bringing these two characters together. Their chemistry is explosive and their attraction burns as they get closer to one another. With bits of secrets coming to the surface, Kylie has no option but to trust Jackson while in terms Jackson has no option but protect the woman who has lied and decived him. His brain calls for him to leave her behind, she means trouble while his wolf calls for mating. In this not so complicated and sensual love story, we have two characters who are not willing to give in to the desire all the while fighting the inevittable attaction that keeps pushing them together. While Kylie can’t decide if she can count on Jackson not to kill her, Jackson can’t decide weather he should mark her or spank her, he may just do both.
