The 8th Circle - Three years before The Siren When Mistress Nora, newly separated from her lover Søren, encounters a sexy newcomer at the 8th Circle it is lust at first sight. But when their session is cut short by Kingsley Edge, Nora vows to seduce the gorgeous submissive, even if it goes against all of Kingsley's orders.

REVIEW: It doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone that I adore everything Tiffany Reisz writes. How can you not when she manages to create amazing stories of pain, love, kink and passion? She has a knack for creating stories that break the mold and dare people to experience the wonders of sinful things and times.

I read The Last Good Knight in a day because honestly, I needed a Tiffany fix after reading The Queen. The Last Good Knight introduces us to Lance, a new addition to the 8th Circle – who comes to serve as a security for Nora after Kingsley announces an eminent danger.

Nora sees in Lance more than a security guard, she sees need and passion and a desire for kink. She isn’t entirely sold on having someone shadowing her but she doesn’t waste time on letting him know she wants to have some fun. Lance is a submissive, and thought his only job is to keeping Nora safe, he has very little control on how their time is spent between his duties and his free time. This story happens during the time when Nora & Søren had separated and her return. A time when her heart was in turmoils and filled with emotion. I really enjoyed this story, Lance was great and I loved every aspect of his story and his interaction with Nora.

As in any Reisz books you find characters with amazing personality and wit, Lance isn’t the exception. Though his back story can’t be compare to others in the series it is just as heartfelt and profound as those other characters we have come to love. He has a daughter who he loves dearly but one he can’t see whenever he wants, he is divorce and his ex wife uses his sexual need and preferences as a weapon against him to keep him away from his daughter. It is heart warming and wonderful to see how these characters transcend logic and all sort of obstacles to fight for what they believe and love.

The Last Good Knight is a great added story to the series, one that keeps you wanting more. Lance is sexy, smart and dedicated but also a troubled man who is borderline giving up on what makes him the man he is. I loved this story and I can’t recommend it enough. If you are looking for a story that brings heart and passion to the table while giving you the needed balance of kink and whip I suggest you read The Last Good Knight by Tiffany Reisz.
