A night of debauchery . . .
Prince Mirceo Daciano and his new friend, Caspion the Tracker, comb the streets of Dacia, drunkenly seeking out pleasures of the flesh. In what should have been a typical night, they coax a bevy of nymphs to bed. To impress their females, the demon and the vampire kiss on a dare.

Changes them forever . . .
Once they finally break away from their soul-searing kiss, they find themselves alone—and shaken. Had they imagined their explosive chemistry? Obstacles—ranging from a death sentence to exile in a war-torn dimension—threaten to destroy their lives . . . and the vulnerable promise in that one kiss.

How long can they resist the fire that blazes between them?
Even if Mirceo can accept Caspion as his fated mate, the seductive vampire still must convince the stubborn demon that their bond is forever. And any royal Dacian union must receive the blessing of King Lothaire, an unpredictable and savage killer..

REVIEW: Another fantastic and exciting addition to the series. Mirceo is sensual, egocentric, charismatic, intelligent and quite sexual.  His irreverent personality is endearing and extremely likable.  After meeting with the intentions of seduction, Mirceo finds in Caspion a friend and a partner in mischief. They develop a friendship all the while Mirceo feelings for Caspion grow.

I enjoyed the way in which these characters friendship developed, it starts with a seduction and it develops into a raw, sensual and slowly swoon-worthy battle of feelings and emotions that master both Caspion’s soul and body.

Cole once again managed to give us a story that flows beautifully, we dive into this incredible world of creatures, magic, sensuality and death. I love every word, every paragraph every page of this series and as times passes it only keeps getting better.

What starts as a sensual and calculated seduction turns into a competition to prove that love is worthy. I enjoyed the interaction between Caspion & Mirceo, these characters grew slowly, while things around them changed fast. After Mirceo decides to bring Caspion into his world, things start to move fast and soon enough Caspion finds disappointment and the risk of losing the chance to work for the things he always wanted.  So after making the decision to leave Mercio’s side he embarks into proving himself worthy the only way he can.   As everything in the world of the immortals, nothing comes without a price and the price Caspion pays for what he believe is the deceit of his friend turns his heart cold and hard. As we see these characters fight each other and for each other, we also witness how these character’s story entwine in ways only Cole can make possible.

I enjoyed this book. Cole manages to give us action, adventure and a heart-wrenching love story that pulls at the heart. Without considering the consequences, at times these characters jump to action to fight for what they feel is their right and for what they love, giving the story a beautiful sensuality and erotic edge that we have come to expect in the immortal world.

From Caspion need to prove himself worthy – to Mercio’s need to prove his love, this story has it all. I can’t wait to read what comes next. Cole has a knack for creating amazing stories and characters without taking away the essence of who they are and what they represent. The writing is great, the story is awesome and the sensuality and erotism of these characters is melting hot. I can’t recommend this Shadow’s Seduction enough, if you enjoy complex world and characters then you must read this book and the entire series of IAD by Kresley Cole.
