REVIEW: I have been a big fan of Hugh Jackman over the years, not because he is incredibly handsome but because he has brought to life a character that many of us have loved since childhood. As in every X-men movie, the action is first and foremost what’s expected while also wishing for a good story line.
In Logan, we get the desired combination of non-stop action, emotion and great story line. While previous movies of The Wolverine have come short when it comes to performance and story line, Logan has proven that persistence pays off. After what seems like an interminable number of X-men movies we get one that brings all sort of emotions to the table while it also prepares us to say goodbye to a character we have simply come identify by the actor.
Logan is the perfect end to the Wolverine, the scenes and action are jaw dropping. The plot engrossing and these characters bring it all to the table in an explosive and entertaining story of a man who finds himself brought back to the life he seems to have escaped from.
There is a lot of emotion in this movie, Logan is far more than we have known him for. While his rage and anger have defined him as an X-men his humanity has defined him as a man.
I can’t’ recommend this movie enough – go see it and I am almost certain you will enjoy it.
